Our Response to COVID-19

It is with a heavy heart we write this message.

Due to the Prime Minister’s announcement on the evening of 23rd March, we have made the difficult decision to close our practices until further notice. Therefore we will not be opening on 24th March 2020.

We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and will keep you informed of any future updates. We will still be here for you in case of emergencies and our practice phone numbers will continue to be manned Monday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm. So if you have an eye emergency or your glasses are broken we are still available to help and support you.

Those of you who have orders outstanding, we will let you know when they are ready and will arrange, with you, to deliver them to you safely.

In the meantime, thank you for your support during these difficult times. We wish you and your family all the best and we look forward to serving you again, soon, in our practices in Anstey, Birstall, Newark & Sileby.
