Visioffice X, Newark, installed

Recently we have had the pleasure of a brand new machine in the Newark branch of Opticare. The Visioffice X is one of a new generation of optical measuring machines which gives our patients the best possible fit for their new lenses.

Originally we had a Visioffice 2 in our Newark branch, but the chance to give our customers even more perfect eyewear was too good to miss. So the new machine was ordered and installed last week.

The Visioffice X builds on the precise measurements of Visioffice 2 by putting our customers at the heart of the process. The Visioffice X is more comfortable and accurate and really brings a new experience to having lenses perfectly measured for your eyes. The animations displayed on the Visioffice X screens allow you to immediately understand the benefits of personalised lenses.

The Visioffice has three personalisation measurements for greater accuracy and personalisation.

• Eyecode™ technology: which measures the exact position of the Eye Rotation Centre.

• Near Vision Behaviour: a simple task measured to understand how you naturally use your eyes. this provides better adaption of your new lenses when you first begin to use them.

• H3D analysis: analyses your natural posture in far vision to ensure better comfort.
